Why a Private Investigator?

We recently received an interesting question from one of our clients. The question was:
..”I recently found out that my partner was cheating on me. I don’t know what to do and I really don’t know how to handle the whole situation. Hiring a Private Investigator seems counterproductive since I already know that they are cheating; but my attorney continues to insist that I hire a Private Investigator to seal the case. How can a PI help me out in this situation?”
First, unlike some other companies claim, we can NOT help you get closure. We CAN, however, give you the evidence that you will need to make a case against your partner in court. Depending on what your circumstances may be, you could potentially obtain enough evidence to win a child custody battle, win or revoke visitation rights, or even full custody of your child. Of course there are several other reasons like alimony, child support, and even discovering and locating hidden assets across the United States or other countries.
Depending on what kind of marriage and lifestyle you may live, obtaining the right evidence could be crucial to your future. We are concerned about more than just your emotional standing; we are concerned about your future livelihood. We want to help each and every one of our clients to get back on their feet as quickly as possible, and the evidence that we collect can make the difference between moving on, or lengthy legal battles.
Please remember that even the best evidence does not hold up in the court unless it was obtained in a lawful manner. What our client’s attorney was suggesting to them was to collect information that they could use in the court room.
